Preparing you for the workplace

At Strathfield College we are committed to linking classroom studies with industry experience. This is done in several ways but is always supported by teachers, trainers and a network of industry consultants. We have links with companies who will provide a focus on making classroom projects relevant and demonstrating current best practice.

Our business and marketing courses will give you both a qualification and valuable industry awareness at the same time. At the commencement of each unit, we will inform you of the industry focus that will be part of the learning and assessment for the unit.

As an example, Kootex International is an Australian business whose headquarters are based in Sydney's west. This international organisation offers our students industry awareness across a range of business operations including management, IT, accounting, logistics and marketing.
